You will work as part of a team and help visitors find their way around the entire tournament area. At the entrance, you will also provide help regarding assigned seats and ensure orderly proceedings in the various visitor and infrastructure areas.

You are at least 18 years old, value good manners, are helpful and do not shy away from contact with visitors. Even in stressful situations, you maintain a friendly demeanor and are an excellent team player. In addition to German, oral language skills in French and English are an advantage.

You must be available for at least 8 shifts (approx. 6 to 7 hours) during the tournament days from 19 - 27 October 2024 in the afternoons and evenings.

You represent Swiss Indoors Basel in an outfit that belongs to you and are an active part of a large team for the benefit of Switzerland's biggest sporting event. Many exciting encounters, views of the courts and behind the scenes are guaranteed. You will receive a tournament badge that will allow you to watch the matches in your free time or during breaks. In addition, food and drinks are available to you free of charge. You will also receive a helper's wage for your work.
